Carolin Ott

Carolin is an international actress, originally from Berlin. She studied Lecoq at the School of Physical Theatre London (now based in Canada) intensively for one year and trained on the three year BA (Hons) Acting Course for Collaborative and Devised Theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama before enjoying a more classical acting training at Drama Studio London, graduating in 2010. The marriage of all has given her a unique and rounded approach to her work. Carolin has strong physical theatre, stage combat and improvisational skills.

Theatre credits include: Dancing with the Devil (Sadlers Wells), No Feedback (Theatre Delicatessen, Budapest Tour), Tiger Country (Hampstead Theatre), Mary Rose, Lysistrata (both Riverside Studios), Mademoiselle Julie (Barbican), Flocking/ Crowd Joy (Old Vic Tunnels), Macbeth (The Scoop), Black Ink on White Paper (self devised, Accidental Festival, Roundhouse). Carolin is a member of theatre collective No Feedback, with whom she trains, devises and performs regularly. Their first production “No Feedback” touches on human right’s issues, combined with non traditional performing styles and has received high praise from the press
