Ike Ononye

Ike is an actor and voice over artist who lives in London. He started acting at a young age and his first stage role was in the Unicorn Theatre in the West End at the age of 9. He has since appeared in many stage productions over the years, both here and abroad including the National Theatre in Lagos and more recently The English Theatre in Hamburg. Ike speaks English, Ibo and Yoruba and has featured in and voiced over several idents and commercials over the years including Trebor, McDonalds, Guiness, Pantene, Vitamilk, Royal Marine Commandos, to name a few and radio dramas for the BBC and BBC World Service.

Ike has also appeared in the short films ‘Red or White’ and ‘Pray’ and on television in ‘Banged Up Abroad’ and will next be seen in season 2 of Comedy Centrals sitcom ‘I Live With Models’.

Ike is very much into health and excercise and clean living, as he regularly trains at the gym, practices Yoga and is mindful of eating good quality, nutritional food and he also loves to read, cook and travel.
