Lauren Cardiff

Lauren is from Waterford, Ireland. She spent most of her young life on the stage or training in the David Hennessey stage school and dancing ballet with Natalie Van DeBram. She worked with great artists including Brian Flynn in the Premier of “Michael Collins – a musical drama” and played Fantine in The South Eastern Theatre Groups production of “Les Miserables” which won The Waterford International Festival of light Opera 2012.
Lauren then went on to study Drama at The Gaiety School of Acting, graduating in 2014 and worked in Dublin on projects such as “The Critic” with Rough Magic and featuring in The RTE TV license ad. Lauren has toured Ireland with The Butterfly Company and performed at The Edinburgh Fringe 2014. She recently moved to London and has been attending West End Masterclass. Her latest role was Katriona in “Drop the Hand” – a short film by Simon O’Neill which will be doing the rounds of the festivals this year. She is very excited to be playing the leading role of Sandy in Theatre Box’s production of “Grease” in Ireland this year.
