Newly graduated form the Master in Acting at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Marine Laurencelle have been spending her time between Montreal and Bristol, UK. Prior to her graduated studies, she completed a BFA in Theatre Performance at Concordia University in Montreal, which enabled her to work both in english and french on a plethora of varied projects, from Shakespeare’s The Tempest , to Constellation part of the One Act Festival. She was Nora, A doll’s house and Irene, When we dead awaken in Secret and Lies, a rendition of Ibsen’s work. Most recently, she appeared as Grusha in emerging director Jesse Jones’ production of The Caucasian Chalk Circle at the Tobacco Factory in Bristol. Now based in the UK, she’s been recording audiobooks and gaining experience in voice over as well as working on a production of Medeameterial with the company she co-founded, Boulouki Theatre.
