Roisin is a London born actress of mixed Irish and Caribbean heritage. Having performed on stage from a young age, she was an active member of The Heat & Light Company at Hampstead Theatre, performing in numerous productions. Since completing her training at Brian Timoney’s Actors Studio and Identity School of Acting, Roisin has starred in several short films. Recently, she had her theatre debut in Gun Jr Leaves Home directed by Jodi Burgess at The Old Red Lion Theatre and her Feature Film debut Electric Angel is due for release later this year.
In addition, Roisin is a passionate dancer and singer, having trained in Contemporary and Street dance and competed in regional competitions as Dance Captain for Brunel University. Currently, Roisin continues her vocal training under Soprano Louise Walsh.
With a degree in Politics and History, Roisin also has a keen interest in international relations. She is particularly passionate about creating politically engaging work that addresses current and previous political and socio-economic climates.
Furthermore, Roisin is an avid gym goer with a particular love of boxing and weight training. In her spare time, Roisin loves to read, attend gigs and fringe theatres and create with other actors, participating in regular workshops at The Actors Centre.
