SANTI GUILLAMON – Spanish

Santi is a billingual Spanish actor and theatre maker based in London. Specialising in movement and physical theatre, Santi trained at Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company. He also has a BA in Theatre Studies from Lancaster University, where he developed a sensibility for contemporary theatre making and dramaturgy. This combination of theory and practice makes him a hands-on actor who can switch easily between performer and creator and works especially well in collaborative and ensemble settings.

Amongst other projects, this year Santi travelled to Cyprus for his first international job as performer and deviser in Katabasis Minor, directed by Nefeli Kentoni, at the festival Images and Views of Alternative Cinema. He will also be debuting as director/performer at VAULT Festival with “HOME” by azza-har theatre, a visual theatre company which he co-founded. Santi is also a puppeteer and professional idiot (clown).

Santi is passionate about the environment, cycles everywhere, loves running, yoga, climbing and outdoor adventures. He is also a musician, plays guitar, sings and composes
